Serenity Oaks Room 3 is a fully furnished room rental inside of a boutique shared home for independent active adults 50 years and older. This home is to help provide an affordable alternative to the pricey independent living facilities for adults 50 and over. You get most of the amenities of an independent living facility at a fraction of the cost. The home is owner occupied and she is looking for 4 ladies to share the home with her. The rent will include electricity, water, internet/wifi, lawn service, pest control, light cleaning service every 2 weeks. Also provided is toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry pods, Clorox, dryer sheets, cleaning supplies plus other amenities. Room 3 provides a comfortable and warm furnished space that includes a full size bed with headboard, encased mattress with one provided starter sheet set, pillows, blanket/throw, two lamps, nightstand, dresser, tall chest of drawers, desk with chair, large closet, overhead fan with remote, artwork on the walls, towel rack, two windows with blinds and blackout curtains for privacy, starter towel/wash cloth set included, lock on d The Neighborhood is a nice quiet street with the house on a cul-de-sac. There are beautiful oak trees in the yard which makes a very tranquil environment. There is a bus stop at the end of the street and the home is close to grocery stores, doctors offices, restaurants, Costco and many other conveniences. No HOA!!
