If you're looking for a very private, picturesque ,quiet mountain cabin-type Guesthouse upstairs in the trees with high post and beam ceilings and windows on all four sides..you may have come to the right place! Has all the amenities ! One window overlooks a small Serenity Garden with fountain if you'd enjoy relaxing or meditating. All windows have shutters that close out the light if you need to sleep during the day. We are located just several houses away from the beautiful lake and the border of Winter Park. It is a wonderful area to walk or ride a bike. The Guesthouse is not attached to the main house on the property and you have your own securely-covered parking underneath. Motion-sensor lights surround the Guesthouse . We are a few blocks walking distance from cute coffee shops, eating places ,etc. on Corrine Drive. This is a very safe neighborhood with primarily upper- scale single family homes. Employment verification, background check and credit check will be required through KeycHeck paid ($40.00) by the prospective tenant . The Guesthouse is ideal for one person relocating or a travelling professional. Sorry-but we are not able to accommodate anyone who works remotely.
