They must be parked in the apartment community's surface parking lot for **$6 per vehicle, per night** by scanning one of the QR codes located throughout the parking lot. Please do not park additional vehicles in the parking garage, as they may be towed by the property's parking enforcement company. 📋 **House Policies & Fees** • One vehicle is included in the parking garage. • Additional garage vehicles are not permitted and may be towed. • Do not park in reserved parking spaces. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces may be towed immediately. • Lost apartment key: **$50 replacement fee**. • Lost building key fob: **$150 replacement fee**. • Lost garage transponder: **$150 replacement fee**. • Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited and will result in a **$450 smoking remediation fee**. • Unauthorized late checkout may result in additional charges if it delays our cleaning team or impacts the next guest's reservation. • Any excessive damage, missing items, or violations of the house rules may result in additional charges through Airbnb in accordance with the platform's policies.
