The fully fenced backyard gives dogs room to roam, there's sidewalk access for walks around the neighborhood, and a community park just a mile away. Two street-facing bedrooms may pick up some traffic noise; we provide white noise machines, blackout curtains, and quality bedding to keep light sleepers comfortable. 🏠 GUESTHOUSE: An attached guesthouse with its own private entrance is also on the property and is rented separately. It does not have access to the main house, pool, or yard. 🧹 MAINTENANCE: Weekly pool and yard service is scheduled and cannot be skipped or rescheduled around your stay. 🌡️ POOL HEATING: Available by request for $35/day (3-day minimum), payable before check-in. Completely optional. 🍖 GRILL FEE: $45 flat fee for use of the Weber gas grill during your stay. 🅿️ PARKING: Driveway fits up to 2 vehicles. No garage access. 📹 SECURITY: Outdoor-perimeter security cameras operate 24/7 (exterior only). 📍 A NOTE ON LOCATION: This property is genuinely close to the parks — please compare the map carefully against listings in Kissimmee, Davenport, or Champions Gate, which sit much farther out despite similar descriptions. Book your stay and turn this Orlando home base into the easiest part of your trip. 🕒 Early check-in or late check-out: We are happy to accommodate early arrival and late departure when we can. You can purchase an early check-in 24hrs before your arrival or a late check-out 12hrs before you depart. We cannot guarantee any early check ins prior to 24 hours before arrival, and we cannot accommodate a late check out request made within 12hrs of departure because they are based on availability. The neighborhood is called Doctor Phillips and other than being affluent and very quite, it is also known as the home of Bay Hill, one of golf's greatest legends, and one of the finest golf’s course in the world. Doctor Philips is the center of everything, and it is 5 min drive from local restaurants and bars such as , Ruth Chris, Season 52, Mortons , Moon Fish, Roccos tacos, Roys, Eddie V's and many more; all these located in the famous orlando restaurant row You have a designated parking space for a max of 2 vehicles ✨ Extra things to know: - The house has an attached private guesthouse with its own entrance. This suite does not have access to the house or any of the amenities, such as pool or yard. This guesthouse is also rented. - Our pool may be heated by request and the per day fee is $35 x the number of days of your stay (minimum of 3 days). Fee is due before check-in. This is completely optional. Please let us know in advance if you would like this option. - Weber gas grill fee is $45 for the entire stay. - This house has a limit of 2 car parking space in the driveway - This home sits in a prime location, just minutes from Universal Studios, restaurants, and major attractions. Because of this convenient location, the house is positioned along a busy road, and guests may hear some traffic noise, particularly in the two bedrooms facing the street. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone—especially light sleepers—we provide white noise machines, blackout curtains, and high-quality bedding.
