Private pool, hot tub jacuzzi, fenced yard with access to driveway. Swim safely as there is no lifeguard present. Swim at your own risk. Host is not liable for any misuse or accidents. Guest access Guests may occupy the entire home with 4 car long driveway parking (garage not included). Street parking is not encourage for respect to neighbors, house sits on a quite cut-de-sac. It may be ticketed by county agencies during their servicing times. No parties or large gatherings are allowed at any time. No pets of any kind are allowed and no smoking on the property. The outdoor enclosed pool may be used during the day with no noise after 10pm to respect the neighbors rights to privacy and a quiet community they belong to. Pool service comes once a week between 9am to 5pm, they will come and go quietly and without interaction with guess.
