Hello Myself and my partner, along with our friend (Roomate) Chris are excited to offer a guest room in our home. This property is close to all major attractions 10 mins from downtown and Universal. (Restroom will be shared with our roommate Chris) Me and my husband provide a Queen bed to rent in our house, we work in leadership roles within Universal and Disney and spend most of our time outside the house. Our roommate Chris also works in the service industry and is out most of the day also. We offer with your stay: - Room with Queen size bed. - Use of main living space. - Use of kitchen and appliances - Including plates, bowls, silverware and all drink ware. - Laundry facilities Guests can make use of the room inside the house along with the restroom located opposite the room. The restroom is a shared restroom, if for any reason you require the restroom/room to be cleaned please let me know. Guests can also make use of the main living room, kitchen, backyard and patio. Feel free to get in touch with me via text or phone call. You can also keep communication within the app if you would prefer. Room is rented per person, so an additional guest will be charged at a flat rate of $45 pn. ** Disclaimer** This is to include children and infants - When requesting to make a reservation with children and infants under 2 an additional charge of $45 per child/infant will apply and the reservation will be updated to reflect this. Whilst you’re more than welcome to visit with children, this property is a working household and we work a mix of opening/closing shifts. All children should be supervised when not inside the bedroom itself.
