Trash remove days: Garbage - Monday Yard Waste/Large Items - Tuesday Recycling - Monday Doors and windows on the property are equipped with a safety chime to alert guests of openings. While it may cause some noise, this feature ensures overall safety. Any additional electrical equipment brought into the Airbnb must receive prior approval before use. This includes, but is not limited to, air purifiers, computer equipment, air fryers, and similar devices. Please also note, we do not allow charging of electrical vehicles or transportation devices. The HVAC for the home is centrally controlled from this unit and controls air in other units. It should typically be maintained between 70–75 degrees, depending on the season. Guests in this unit can open or close the vent to adjust airflow may be required to adjust temperature for the season to maintain the homes optimal temperature for the season.
