Separate living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, a dining area plus a fully equipped kitchen with utensils (plates, pots, pan, silverware & glasses) and appliances such as microwave, fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. We don’t provide cooking ingredients. Hairdryer, bed linens, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner & soap) and towels are provided. Bed lines, towels and toiletries will not be replenished. A starter toiletry set is included. The Hotel has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, BBQ grills, Sports Court, Laundry facilities and exercise room. ATM and Arcade room. Also, the Hotel has free open parking onsite. Campers, motor homes, trailers, boats and boat trailers are prohibited from parking. Free Wi-Fi and Cable TV. Please note that this Suite is privately operated by owner. Guest will have access to the entire suite. At the hotel, you will have access to common pool, hot tub, sport court, BBQ grill, exercise room, game room (coins), laundry facilities (coins), and free parking lot on site according to availability. Our unit is inside a hotel building, but it’s self managed. Hotel services are NOT included (breakfast, front desk services, daily cleaning, room service, shuttles, etc.) CHECK IN/CHECK OUT DO NOT Check in at the Front desk. Self Check in. Self Check In time starts: 4:00 PM. At least one guest must be 21+ to check in. Check yourself into the apartment using the door keypad. Self Check Out Time: On or before 11:00 AM. Trucks, campers, motor homes, trailers, boats and boat trailers are prohibited from parking. SWIMMING POOL and HOT TUB The hotel has one outdoor poll and Hot tub located in the building first floor. The swimming pool and hot tub will be open and available for use between the hours of 9:00am and 10:00pm. No lifeguard. GYM The hotel has an exercise room located next to the lobby. Available for use between 7:00am and 10:00pm LAUNDRY Laundry Facilities, coin operated, are on the building 4th floor. ATM MACHINE You can find an ATM machine in the building first floor.
