Welcome to the heart of Orlando! Centrally located to everything you'll need to enjoy your vacation. A spacious 360 sqft studio with a private entrance including self check-in, a kitchenette, & multifunctional area for working remotely. Fits up to four people (1 queen size bed, 1 sleeper sofa). Located 10 mins from Orlando international airport, 15- 20 minutes from theme parks. Major highways 5 minutes away.
Guest have access to the entire studio apartment.
No parties, no unregistered guest, no drugs allowed no smoking or vaping of any kind, no loud music or noise after 10pm. Please turn off lights when not home. Keep windows closed at all times. No shoes on bed or sofa. If found smoking inside studio or on property a $350 fee will be charged. This includes the smell of smoke. We have a zero tolerance rule when it comes to using drugs or smoking of any kind.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
