Two of the living rooms have smart TV with Netflix logged in and surround sound, and Comfy Furniture to enjoy the indoor.

Guests have access to the entire house except the garage and shed because they get used as storage.

For you privacy, Pool Area security Camera can be turned off by the guests at their discretion.
Extras:
Pool heating fee for stays 3 days or less is 100 Dollars. For stays longer than 3 days there is an additional fee of 25 Dollars/day starting on the 4th day. Request to heat up the pool must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
