Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located apartment. You will have a private room and bathroom decorated in neutral blue and grey tones. The rest of the apartment is decorated in an artsy, somewhat maximalist style with lots of houseplants and paintings, some of which were done by myself. The room has a queen sized bed, and the bathroom adjoins the bedroom. There is a designated workspace with a desk and chair inside the room as well. You have access to your private room and bathroom, as well as the shared space (kitchen +living room). I can offer tips and advice on things to do in the area, and I may be available to hang out on occasion. My apartment is located on the edge of College Park and Winter Park, which are nice family neighborhoods. There are also many restaurants, art galleries and museums, and live theaters nearby. There is a parking garage attached to the building with free parking on the second floor. My apartment is on the 3rd floor and there are stairwells and elevators for use. It is located about 12 minutes from downtown Orlando, 10 minutes from Park Avenue, and a 7 minute walk from the SunRail passenger train. Do not park on the bottom floor of the parking garage during regular business hours, as these are for the businesses on the first floor of the building.
