You've found the perfect Orlando stay! This 3-bed, one and a half bath home is ideally located near Disney and Universal, Downtown, shopping malls, and a short drive to the beach. It's also close to hospitals and the airport. Enjoy the private pool, grill, and large backyard. Parking is easy, with space in the driveway and additional street parking available at no extra cost. Need more room? A separate guesthouse on the property is also available to rent, great for larger groups. Each of the bedrooms is outfitted with a queen bed, two of which have TVs with access to your favorite video apps! There are 1.5 bathrooms, which means that there are two toilets, two sinks, and 1 shower/tub. The space is completely private and yours, but know that there is a guesthouse that is rented out separately, which shares the driveway with you. You'll have access to the entire property, with the exception of a guesthouse that is rented out separately. The guesthouse does not have access to this property, nor the backyard or pool. I am always available via the airbnb app and phone, but I may not always be on site. I do have a property manager which can assist in person, if need be. Please only use the pool if you are willing to be responsible for your group, which includes children. My guests' safety is of utmost importance. There is a pool fence which can be put up. Please also note that there may be maintenance people (lawn care, pool care) entering the backyard during your stay.
