Entire rental unit. 2-Bedroom Renovated Lakeside Condo Near Disney

This large lakeside renovated (July 2023) condo is close to all theme parks and is a short walk to restaurants and an outlet mall. Enjoy our two main pools (with tiki bar and hot tub) and poolside recliners. Condo includes: large private balcony; laundry; two full bathrooms; master king bed/ensuite; second bedroom with XL twin beds and a bunk bed nook for kids; 55-inch Samsung smart TV in living area and Amazon Fire TVs in each bedroom. Bunkbeds are for children only (ages 12 and under). Our condo is on the fifth floor of a 20-story building (built 2008). Enjoy a clear sunrise view of the lake on our private balcony. A second (common-area) balcony near our elevator area provides a view of sunset and of nightly fireworks from Disney. Enjoy a round of mini-golf just outside our complex! Multiple elevators provide speedy access between floors. Outside of our condo, guests will be able to access the resort’s outdoor boardwalk, pools/tiki bar/barbecue areas, guest reception office and indoor exercise and arcade games rooms. We will be available to answer any questions a guest may have, and we also have a representative who can quickly respond on-site if required. A Starbucks and Subway Sandwiches are immediately outside our condo complex. Many fast-food and and full-service restaurants (including family restaurants Applebee’s and Golden Corral) are nearby. Walmart, Publix and a large outlet mall are less than 10- minutes drive. Free parking (two levels) is available at all times for our guests. Arriving guests will need to register at a staffed check-in area (staffed 24/7). Free parking is provided and is barrier-controlled overnight (further parking details below). Please note that swimming is not permitted in the lake. Further to the amenities outlined elsewhere in this listing, we wish to provide the following details of items provided: Bunkbeds - these are for use by children only, (ages 12 and under). Bathrooms - sanitized strip on toilets; 1 full roll toilet paper in each bathroom; 2 small bars soap and 2 small packages shampoo in each bathroom; 6 sets of bath towels and 6 pool towels. The bathtub in the en suite bathroom includes a Jacuzzi feature however guests are asked not to operate the jacuzzi as the jets do not function well. Kitchen - 1 full roll paper towels; 2 dishwasher pods; 1 bottle of dish soap; 2 garbage bags; 2 packets laundry detergent. Among the items not provided, we wish to highlight the following: no coffee/tea/milk/sugar and no box tissues. Please note that there are multiple stores within a short walking distance for our guests to stock up on any further supplies required. Further information regarding parking: - each guest group will be issued one parking pass for the gated parking area shown in this listing. The pass must be displayed on console of vehicle at all times while parked. Any additional vehicle will be issued a pass authorizing overnight parking in the guest reception parking area (this pass also must be displayed on vehicle console). If this area is full, parking is available in one of the other adjacent lots. - campers, recreational vehicles, boats, trailers, etc. shall not be parked anywhere on property. - electric vehicles (EVs) are prohibited from using covered parking spaces. EVs must be parked in uncovered spaces. - any vehicles in violation of parking regulations are subject to towing at vehicle owners expense.s
