The reception operates from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. If the arrival is outside those timelines, please let me know so I can provide you with the overnight attendant’s phone number. They will meet you in front of the Guest Registration and give you the access cards. The access key cards will be used for the elevator service and to enter the apartment. If arrival is earlier than 4:00 pm and the apartment is not ready, the receptionist will safely store your luggage and issue you a card key to access to the pool and all other amenities.
