Large balcony by elevators was built for guests to watch the nightly Disney fireworks. (And if you smoke, this is the balcony to do so) And new chairs with cupholders are free to use there; they are in closet on left-hand side. With this ad, you are renting one private bedroom and a private bathroom (with your own bedroom door key) in a shared condo, so there will be one or two other guests in the other private bedroom/private bathroom more than likely; but condo can be completely rented to you as a one-bedroom or two-bedroom if it’s available. Check-out is 11:00 am. Check-in is any time after 4:00 pm, and check-out is 11:00 am weekdays and Saturday, and on Sundays it’s 1:00 pm. No unregistered guests permitted in condo because it is a shared “living areas” condo with other paying guests. Please ask questions, I'm very happy to help you. A major change in internet is: new fibre optic cable being provided to access points for WIFI. The project is almost complete and all units will have great WIFI connectivity. Disney theme parks have “exclusive rideshare” drop-off areas (designated Lyft/Uber lanes) to drop passengers off right at the front entrance of EPCOT, ANIMAL KINGDOM and HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS. If you are going to Magic Kingdom, then you have to get dropped off at the Transportation Center. There is NO PARKING directly at Magic Kingdom, like there is at EPCOT, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. When leaving any Disney park, there is a one-way shuttle bus to Disney Springs that is FREE. Disney Springs to Blue Heron Beach Resort is two miles away, and an Uber is less than $10. Disney parking is $25 per day. No smoking in unit, but the balcony overlooking Disney fireworks, smoking is possible. Two outdoor swimming pools, Tiki Bar where they serve generous drinks, a kiddie pool, an outdoor Jacuzzi and two fitness rooms. Magic Kingdom has its own transportation center, totally different than the other Disney park parking. $30.00 Lyft/Uber from Orlando airport to the Blue Heron usually. "This was one of the best trips and rentals we have ever had in many trips to Florida: An absolute pleasure to see the beautiful lakeside at the Blue Heron Resort. The location, access, and amenities were perfect. Set directly on Lake Bryan with a huge pier that juts out into the water it is very serene in a very populated location and includes a monstrous heated pool, hot tub, children's wading pool, and one more smaller pool. Having a front desk to answer any question was well appreciated. ($30.00 fee pays for parking and front desk 24/7 help for entire visit). (Seasonal) Upon entering the condo, your bedroom and private bathroom are both well-appointed. Disney fireworks every night at 9pm and 10pm. FREE PARKING right now with pass from front desk. There is surface parking and under the building parking. Elevator and condo front door uses Key Card that you will get at front desk. The location is perfect with restaurants and stores nearby for everything needed!! CHECK IN time is 4PM - 11PM (Let Ruth know if you need to check-in later than 11:00 pm. - NO VISITORS at any time. - KEEP THE PLACE CLEAN. Please wash your dishes. - NO SMOKING of any kind in the condo, or on the balcony by living room. Smoking only on balcony overlooking putt-putt golf. - GO GREEN for our planet. Be conscientious about energy use: turn off lights and A/C when you leave the place. Please do not set A/C lower than 70 degrees. - Do not use the house address as a permanent/mailing address or to establish residency. Ask Ruth if you need Amazon delivery. - Shoes has to be removed in the apartment - NO LOUD BEHAVIOR after 10 pm - Kitchen is suitable for light cooking and warming up and storage of the food. Pls avoid food with the strong odor (the kitchen can be used until 9 PM) - Food can be stored in the fridge, it has to be in separate labeled bag, pls try do not forget to take it at the time of check out. Cameras in use We went to Downtown Disney, aka Disney Springs, which is only a mile away, for dinner and a movie, but Disney Springs is HUGE! We spent hours walking around. They are expanding Disney Springs, so looking forward to that! I would definitely stay here again. All the parks are an easy 5-10 minute drive from the condo. A very short walk to a great pizza place, Dunkin Doughnuts and Starbucks. I have no complaints."
