This newly renovated, modern condo has a breathtaking lakefront view from the spacious balcony, and is conveniently located right next to Disney! Nearby Attractions: - Disney (Less than 1 mile) - Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets (Less than 2 miles) - Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlets (2 miles) - Seaworld (5 miles) - Convention Center (6 miles) - Universal Studios (8 miles) - Orlando Airport (16 miles) The space It is located on the 12th floor, providing a spectacular view of the pool and the lake. It’s a spacious two bedroom with two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, there are bunk beds off the hallway which can accommodate two people (please note they are designed for children no more than 100 lbs). In the second bedroom, there are two single beds. A pack and play is available in the unit for infants, if needed. The condo also includes a full kitchen, living room with a recliner sofa and loveseats, dining area, spacious balcony, and a washer and dryer. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Guests also can use all resort facilities for NO extra fee including the heated outdoor pools, an outdoor hot tub, an on-site, a fitness center, a game room, free parking, and a dock with access to Lake Bryan. The unit is equipped with free wifi. The resort also offers shuttle service to Disney World and Sea World for an additional cost ($45USD round trip) through Atlas Transportation. Through Lake Buena Vista Watersports, you can even rent jet skis, pontoon boats, etc. and have them delivered to the dock at the resort! **Please note that the facilities are managed by the resort and sometimes they may require maintenance. I apologize in advance if any of the facilities are under maintenance during your stay, as this is beyond my control!** The location: This condo is so close to Disney that you can see Epcot and Disney Springs from the property and it’s only a 20-minute ride from the airport (depending on traffic, of course!). In addition, there is mini golf located directly next door and a Starbucks on the property, as well as Dollar Tree, Walgreens, and many restaurants within walking distance. Other things to note: Check in is at 4:00pm and Check out is strictly 11:00am. Any late checkout will result in a late checkout fee of $100. ***Primary guest must be 21 years of age or older to book & stay at the Resort.*** Parking is free on site. A parking pass will be given to you at check-in. If there are any issues, questions, or concerns with the unit itself, please contact our property manager, Fernando whose number I've left for you. Please note that there is no hair and body soap provided! The amenities are managed by our Property Management team and from time to time, they do require maintenance and may not be available. This is beyond our control. We apologise in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay. No refunds will be given in this event. This is a self-catered house. As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You may find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the holder and one extra), a roll of paper towel, a couple of trash bags, laundry detergent for a load, liquid dish soap, and some dishwasher detergent for the machine. From time to time certain offerings inside the condo (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologise in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. No refunds are given in this event . Distance and time listed to the parks are approximations, time may vary do to traffic or other incidents. Please note changes to your reservation may involve a penalty at the discretion of the owner. Our cancellation policy is STRICT. We highly recommend you seek out travel insurance to ensure coverage in case of cancellations, emergencies, or last minute changes.
