This listing is for one bedroom with a private bathroom inside of our three-bedroom house. The room also has a closet, desk, 2 chairs, and small drawers for your clothes. Guests have full access to the laundry room, living room, and kitchen. Laundry Room: Guests are allowed to use our laundry machines for a small price that can be paid through the "Send Money" feature on Airbnb. Washer: $1.00 per load Dryer: $1.00 per load Living Room: The living room is a shared space. It has a 65" Smart TV that is connected to the internet. You are welcome to login to any of your favorite streaming account. We have a Netflix account available for your use provided a guest doesn't log us out of it. We also have two plush blankets available if it gets too cold for guests to use. Kitchen: Guests have full access to the kitchen and all that comes in it. You have designated pantry space in the kitchen for your food supplies. You also have full access to the refrigerator, dishes, and appliances! I (Maddy) and my co-host (Narada) do not live on site, but other guests do. We swing by often to tend to the property, and we will always be a brief Airbnb message away! Please enter and exit the property from the back door, which is where the parking area is. Please MANUALLY LOCK THE BACK DOOR when you leave the house. Please clean after yourself in kitchen, living room, and shared bathroom/laundry room as soon as you are finished so that other guests can also use the space. Please leave all windows closed at all times. Please leave the back door closed at all times.
