This space is the perfect home base to explore Orlando and the surrounding communities. We would love to provide recommendations to see the Orlando the Locals love. This private space provides the convenience of being walking distance to any amenity you may need or want. Its fully air conditioned with central air and heat. While our neighborhood has tons to offer our location affords quick drives to all that Orlando and Central Florida have to offer. We are 16 miles from Disney property and only 8 miles from Universal. 11 Miles from the Convention Center and 9.7 miles from Orlando international airport . The Cottage is only 1 mile from ORMC/Winnie Palmer Hospital and 1.4 miles from Orlando's Amtrack Train station. Within our neighborhood we have the Wadeview Community Center with its year round pool and gym. We have a super comfy queen sized bed with top of the line sheets! The guest home is located in the back of the primary house, and shares the backyard. Access can be gained through the backyard gate and with a entry code. I am available to answer any question you may have to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The neighborhood safe, quiet, and convenient. It is in an excellent location to explore all of Orlando. Walking distance to numerous great restaurants, stores, grocery stores, coffee shops, gyms, and activities. All while being convenient to downtown's sights and night life, the airport/train station and the theme parks. Walking - we are walking distance from anything you may need during your stay with pharmacy, grocery, restaurant, and entertainment options just steps away. Car - parking is never a problem Lyft/Uber/Mears - Great option for getting to and from the airport or around town. Bus - We have a bus stop at the end of our street which will take you downtown every 60 minutes Trains - We have the Orlando Amtrax Station 1.4 miles from our house. This station also serves the local train called Sun Rail which can take you to among other places Downtown Winter Park and Sanford.
