This listing is for the entire house! In the first room: The bottom bunk bed is a full size and can sleep 2 people. The top bunk is a twin size and can sleep 1 person. In the second room: The bottom bunk bed is a full size and can sleep 2 people. The top bunk is also a full size and can sleep 2 people. In the third room: The queen size bed can sleep 2 people. All rooms also have a closet, desk, 2 chairs, and small drawers for your clothes. Guests have full access to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, living room, and kitchen. Guest Bathroom: There is one shared bathroom in the house that are available to guests. This bathroom has a shower, toilet, and laundry machines. Private Bathroom: There is also a private bathroom in the house with access only through a bedroom. This bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Laundry Room: Guests are allowed to use our laundry machines for a small price that can be paid through the "Send Money" feature on Airbnb. Washer: $1.00 per load Dryer: $1.00 per load Living Room: The living room has a 65" Smart TV that is connected to the internet. You are welcome to login to any of your favorite streaming account. We have a Netflix account available for your use provided a guest doesn't log us out of it. We also have two plush blankets available if it gets too cold for guests to use. Kitchen: Guests have full access to the kitchen and all that comes in it. You have designated pantry space in the kitchen for your food supplies. You also have full access to the refrigerator, dishes, and appliances! I (Maddy) and my co-host (Narada) do not live on site. We swing by often to tend to the property, and we will always be a brief Airbnb message away! We like to come every 2-3 days to briefly sweep and mop the floors in the common areas and usually schedule this when guests are out. Please follow all rules posted on the walls around the house. Please enter and exit the property from the back door, which is where the parking area is. Please MANUALLY LOCK THE BACK DOOR when you leave the house. Please clean after yourself in kitchen, living room, and shared bathroom/laundry room as soon as you are finished so that other guests can also use the space. Please leave all windows closed at all times. Please leave the back door closed at all times.
