The space offered is an entirely private main house, renovated with a spacious living area including a full kitchen. Guest sleep options include a queen bed in the home's largest bedroom. This bedroom comfortably sleeps 2 adults. The guest room opt is also available and is furnish with queen bed. Note: This will be effective January 3, 2022. The living room is furnished with a sleepable, plush sectional couch and love seat from which you can enjoy watching your favorite internet-based programs on a 55" television (AppleTV). The sectional can comfortably sleep 1-2 adults. This Airbnb is best suited for 2 / 4 adults, (2 couples) or family of 4. Home accommodations are flexible as required by/for number of guests. MAXIMUM number of adults is 4. Will consider exceptions by request. The kitchen is equipped with Keurig coffee maker (coffee of choice by guest), toaster, cookware, dish-ware, cups, utensils and everything else you need to eat, sleep and live for an extended period of time. The Guest Accommodation is private and independently accessible using the home's [blue] front door. The Host’s personal space is separate and the host enters his/her private space via the garage breezeway entryway. Please feel free to contact me or my co-hosts anytime with questions or concerns. If for some reason I/we are unavailable, a friend or family member will respond over Airbnb Messenger to offer assistance. This property is central to the Milk District and Hourglass District. The Milk District is a cultural hub with a progressive lifestyle, music and arts scene, diverse culinary experiences, colorful murals, recreational sporting and music venues, unique shopping destinations, community gardens, award-winning bars and coffee shops. The Hourglass district is a similar, up and coming with new coffee shops, trendy restaurants and a solid bar/pub presence. Given the close proximity to the Downtown area, Uber and Lyft are abundant, convenient, efficient and generally inexpensive. Other options include the city Lynx bus and the Sunrail to explore greater Orlando areas. Rental vehicles are always an option as well, with plenty of vendors located at the Orlando International Airport and scattered about the city. I highly recommend CityMapper and/or Waze app(s) for smartphone users to efficiently traverse the greater Orlando area. Please park on the left side of the carport. (Right side is Host parking space). The property is located on a corner lot and the driveway is on Primrose Dr, not Pickfair St. The white-paver walkway behind the fence-line will guide you to the front door [which faces Pickfair St]. To allow flexible check-in and, guests will be provided a 4-digit combination code to the blue front door on the day of arrival. The laundry room is located in the carport and remains locked. However, washer and dryer are available for long-duration reservations upon request.
