Inside, you’ll find a welcoming bedroom with a queen-size memory foam Zinus Green Tea mattress, a cozy living area with a chaise sofa and Smart TV, and a dining space for two. The kitchenette is compact but highly functional, thoughtfully designed for light to moderate cooking. While it does not include a full-size oven or dishwasher, it offers excellent alternatives, including a 2-burner electric cooktop, Ninja air fryer, ceramic electric skillet, Ninja blender, toaster, drip coffee-maker and electric kettle. The space is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, and essential cookware. The suite offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Parking: Complimentary parking is available for one vehicle directly in front of the unit, suitable for standard-size cars. If you’re traveling with a larger vehicle (truck or full-size SUV), parking can often be accommodated via street parking or in front of the main house, depending on availability. Available upon request, free of charge: Pack ’n Play Baby toys, beach equipment Your suite occupies the entire second floor and features a private entrance and private balcony overlooking the lake. Guests enjoy direct access to the lake and one dedicated parking space in front of the unit. A shared laundry area is also available for your convenience and can be accessed directly from your unit. The backyard is a shared space and provides additional lake access, along with a seating area by the water that is available to guests of the other units as well. Backyard etiquette: The backyard and lakefront seating area are shared spaces. Please be mindful of other guests, keep noise to a reasonable level, and leave shared areas clean after use. We respect your privacy but are always available if you need us. You’ll enjoy full independence during your stay, with self check-in and a private entrance. If you have any questions or requests, we’re happy to help quickly - whether it’s extra towels, local recommendations, or assistance with anything in the suite. We’re a small, family-run property, and your comfort is truly important to us. 🌿 Second-Floor Access: The suite is located on the upper level, accessible by stairs. It’s separated and secured between both units for privacy and convenience. 🐦 Nature Setting: This is a peaceful lakefront property surrounded by trees and wildlife. You may occasionally hear frogs, ducks, or birds - part of the natural charm of lake living. 🚫 No Parties or Loud Music: Out of respect for our neighbors and guests in the other unit, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. 🧂 Cooking Essentials: Basic cooking supplies are provided (oil, salt, pepper). Condiments may be left by previous guests but are not restocked - please use at your discretion. 💧 Lake Access: The lake is natural and unfenced; please use caution near the water. Swimming is not permitted. 🧹 Clean & Family-Run: We take pride in personally managing and cleaning the property. Minor rustic details or natural elements are part of its cozy character. 🚗 Parking Complimentary parking is available for one vehicle directly in front of the unit. The space comfortably fits standard-size cars. If you’re traveling with a larger vehicle (truck, full-size SUV, or long van), the driveway may feel tight. In most cases, we can accommodate larger vehicles with street parking or parking in front of the main house, depending on availability.
