Forget your worries in this spacious/serene space. We offer a large bedroom w/ a queen bed. You might be sharing the living area, kitchen, and bathroom with one other guest. We would let you know. If you want the entire space to yourself/selves...you can book our "Downtown Orlando - Perfect Place" listing.
You enter through our back entrance and have access to our back patio, which currently has 2 chairs and a small table. There is a BBQ grill present, which can be used upon request.
- Airbnb guests only...no visitors.
- We ask that you are quiet and respectful of our home and others.
- We ask that if you return home after midnight, that you do not leave the house again. We do not feel comfortable with guests who come and go in the middle of the night.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
