Private room in home. Master Suite - Downtown Orlando

We are located in a historic neighborhood…Lake Eola is 2 blocks away...a bit further and you are in downtown Orlando. You’ll love our place because of the location, the very comfortable bed, and a safe environment. This Master Suite provides a large bedroom with a private attached bathroom. It is located in a house with other bedrooms that might also be occupied. The common areas…the kitchen and living/dining area are shared. Please be sure to read all rules and info! This is our Master Suite...so you will not only have your own very spacious bedroom with a king bed, but you will have your own bathroom (Tub is not available for guests). You will have a view of the city skyline from the bedroom and bathroom windows. There is also a TV in the room. There are drawers and closet space available if you would like to use them! The room also has a small desk for your laptop. The kitchen is large with an island and counter stools to sit at. We have a single serve coffee maker, which enables you to fix your own cup of coffee and tea bags to make hot tea. The refrigerator is available for take-out, leftovers, and a few grocery items. The microwave is available to all of our guests and the full use of the kitchen is not encouraged, but can be available upon request. The living room is available to all of our guests...for conversation with other guests and/or if you would like to watch Streaming TV, or use the DVD player. *We do not allow any visitors...only our Airbnb registered guests. Once you have returned home in the evening...we ask that you do not leave again until morning. We are not comfortable with guests who are coming and going in the middle of the night. It is for the safety and consideration of us and our other guests. You can call, text, or Airbnb message us. We do our best to respond quickly! Our street is brick with many oak trees. We live in a safe, friendly neighborhood that is close to everything. Lake Eola is only 2 blocks away. Many restaurants are walking distance. The bus stop is on the street behind our home. Uber drivers get to our home typically within 5 minutes! Many of our guests have enjoyed the running/walking track next to our home. Lake Eola is also a great place to walk/run! We also have 2 smaller rooms...one with a twin bed and one with a full size bed. If you are traveling solo, they are a bit less. Both rooms use the same bathroom...so you would be sharing the bathroom. Please feel free to check out our other listings.
