(Non Smoker and No Pets) Cute studio/effiency apartment in private home in Downtown Orlando with separate entrance. Desirable location on a quiet brick street steps from beautiful Lake Eola and Thornton Park bars and restaurants. Street Parking is available. Unit features a comfy queen sized bed, dresser, wifi, ac/heat, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave and brand new (July ‘24) individual pod coffee maker. Outdoor space in a private side yard with motion lights and chair for fresh air. Single level home with a private studio apartment attached through the carport. Guests will need to walk through the carport and into the doorway to come to their cozy efficiency apartment. Outside, to the right of the carport is a small side yard with motion sensor flood lights to allow for fresh air in the outside sitting area. Guests are asked to keep voices low while outside as to be respectful of neighbors but it is a lovely place to read or scroll on your phone while enjoying the Florida winter weather. Guests are just allowed in the studio and side yard. Backyard access is not included. There are some sweet stray cats and my dogs out there that could be skittish. The side yard might have some visits from some of the neighborhood cats but they will likely run away upon seeing you. We try to answer messages as quickly as we see them and if there are any issues please allow us the chance to immediately remedy them. We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. We allow you to have as much privacy as you’d like. Always happy to say hello and give any recommendations for the area! Walk to charming Thornton Park just 3 blocks away. Lake Eola park is a 5 minute walk. It’s really the best neighborhood. Close to everything but still quiet. There is free street parking. Ubers come easily. There are scooters and bikes for rent usually within a short walk. Quick to get to Amway arena, camping world stadium and downtown. About 25 mins from MCO airport. I-4 and 408 expressway within 5 minute drive. Studio is not child proofed. It’s Florida and we keep some roach deterrent along some of the baseboards to keep them away. We try to keep them in discreet areas but this could still be dangerous for children, especially toddlers. Driving distances to attractions: Kia Center: 1.5 miles Disney: 30 minutes Dr Phillips Center: 1.3 miles Universal studios: 20 minutes Camping World Stadium/ Tinker Field: 2 miles Convention Center: 11 miles/ 25 minutes Sea World: 30 minutes Canaveral Beach: 50 minutes New Smyrna Beach: 1 hour
