Located in an historic neighborhood-close to the Kia Center, Dr Phillips Performing Center, Camping World Stadium, and Orlando City Stadium. Universal and Disney World are 15-30 minutes away! Lake Eola is 2 blocks away-a few blocks further-restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops. You’ll love our place because of the location, the comfortable bed, and the welcoming/safe/clean environment. You will be staying in a private room and will potentially be sharing the bathroom with other guests You will have your own bedroom with a comfortable twin bed. There is a guest staying in the 2nd bedroom...you will be sharing the bathroom with him. There are drawers and closet space available if you would like to use them! The room also has a small desk for you to work remotely. The living room is available if you would like to watch Cable TV. If needed, you can also use the microwave in the kitchen and feel free to place food in the refrigerator if you have leftovers or buy a few items! If you want/need to use the cooktop...please check with host first. *We do not allow any visitors...only our Airbnb guest or guests. Once you have returned home in the evening...we ask that you do not leave again until morning. We are not comfortable with guests who are coming and going in the middle of the night. It is for the safety and consideration of us and our other guests. You can call, text, or Airbnb message us. We do our best to respond quickly! Our neighborhood is historic. The streets are brick and are lined with large oak trees! It is not only close and convenient to downtown Orlando, but it is also quiet...a great combination!! We provide a space in the driveway for your car if you have one! Uber or Lyft gets here quickly and the city bus stop is 1/2 block away! Many restaurants are close enough to walk to. - Airbnb guests only...no visitors. - We ask that you are quiet and respectful of our home and others. - We ask that if you return home after midnight, that you do not leave the house again. We do not feel comfortable with guests who come and go in the middle of the night.
