Guest will have access to a private single car driveway as well as a side yard. The use of fire pit and koi pond area and main house patio is allowed during certain hours and by reservation. I am very friendly, yet respectful. I can help you (and even join you if needed) in navigation of parks, eateries and special places that only locals know about. I live in the main house and I am usually around for any questions or help. The neighborhood is charming and safe (one way street with no thru traffic). Most of the neighbors are younger professionals and very friendly. We all walk or ride bicycles to all the hot spots just blocks away! This place is close to the following: City Bicycle Rental stations, Bus Lines, Pedicabs, Uber/Lyft. It is within WALKING DISTANCE to Lake Eola, Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, The Amway Center (Orlando Magic Arena), Orlando City Soccer Stadium as well as many other places of interest in and around the heart of downtown orlando!
