Common space - Parking rear building Parking is a shared area with 1 other parking spot belonging to the Duplex next-door ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, verification, and a security hold of $1k (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a damage waiver $47 provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional for things like early check in (when available). You'll have full private access to the tiny home, your porch, and a designated parking spot in the rear of the property along with a patio area. Interaction is limited so please message us on the airbnb app so one of us or the co host may assist you! There is free parking for 1 vehicle (dedicated spot) Otherwise its best to walk, scooter, limebike or use rideshare services 🅿️ Free Parking is 1 designated parking space in the rear of the property next to the tiny home. This parking area is shared by 1 spot for the neighbors in the Duplex. ✅ This property has local compliance requirements including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a refundable $1,000 security hold (this is simply a pending transaction, not a charge). As a convenient alternative, you may opt into a third party damage waiver for $47 for stays up to 10 nights, plus $2 per additional night. The waiver is optional and non refundable.
