It’s an add on & only included if you put in at least 3 guests as it’s extra. The space may not be ideal for families with young children due to layout and design There is a living room, bedroom, bathroom, work space and 2nd bedroom if added on, as well as a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, glasses silverware etc. (no stove). The house is old so it has a few quirks but you can’t beat the location. Please note the second bedroom is an add on for the unit. The price and cleaning fee are based on use of one bedroom per night. It will be locked off for bookings with 2 guests. The second bedroom is included after 2 guests as you pay 10.00 extra per night after 2. If you have 2 people staying and need the extra room there will be a 10.00 extra fee per night. Please put in at least 3 guests to make sure it’s included. Parking is free for one car unless you book for over 2 guests. Owner lives on premise please be courteous. Clean, simple, and budget-friendly — perfect if you value location over luxury. There is a nice big front porch to people watch. You will receive check in instructions on day of arrival. Contact me as needed on the app. Publix is across the street as well as tons of restaurants, cafes, shops and night life. This place is in the heart of downtown Orlando. It’s across from Lake Eola. Restaurants: Stubborn Mule is one of my favorites, Totoya is good for sushi, Rusteak is good for craft drinks and healthier food, F&D cantina is good for Mexican. For ambiance I like relax grill and world of beer (they’re on lake Eola). Universal studios is about a 20-25 min drive and Disney is about a half hour. Please note you are in a downtown city area please be aware of your surroundings. Publix & convenient stores are around the corner. Lynx limo bus which is free goes to all the main attractions in the area. There's also the sunrail. Uber, zip car, lyft and taxis.
