This is a cozy bedroom is the remote workers dream, with a spacious work desk complete with a ready to use ultra-wide monitor, and relax in a king size bed with a movie or TV show at your fingertips. Slide back the barn door for a refreshing shower in the pineapple-themed bathroom, then chill by the pool. You have all the privacy you could want with your own private entrance! I will be staying on property during your stay. There is a Welcome pack with all the details you will need to know! The pool is available for you to use anytime of day, however THE SLIDE IS OFF LIMITS and we hold no liability if you hurt yourself in the pool. There are other roommates that live in this home. They are aware of your presence. There are no pets in the home. We Host small Dinner Parties once a month in the home, this is not a part of your space, but you might hear the other guests. If you would like to participate in the Dinner Party while you are staying with us, just let us know and we will send you more info on The Dinner Party Project! I will be staying on property during your stay. There is a Welcome pack with all the details you will need to know! The property is in the Lake Lawsona neighborhood on the edge of the Milk District. There's a park, a playground, a tennis court, and basketball courts at the end of the street and yoga studios, vegan eats, and wine bars are within walking distance. The home is across from Reeves Terrace / the Housing Authority, which is affordable housing in the City, but we have not had any issues! There is a bus stop almost in front of our home. I do not recommend public transportation in Orlando. You really do need a car to get around in Orlando. There are several things within a quarter mile walking distance. It's a cheap Uber ride to many bars, restaurants and neighborhoods around our home. Decor of the room subject to change without notice. We guarantee the room will still feel as cozy and comfortable as the photos! There is a sweet 10 year old Australian Shepherd that lives in the home too! He is VERY friendly. Just gives a little bark at the beginning to let us know someone is here and after that he calms down very quickly!
