Enjoy a modern and beautifully updated home in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood of Audubon Park! Myself and my cat would love to share our home with you! The house is 3 bedrooms and I’ll stay in the house. You’ll have access to the guest bedroom and bathroom, as well as the rest of the home, including a large backyard. In the living area, there is a desk for working from home. The open concept kitchen is fully equipped and laundry is on site as well. Come live like a local in a charming area! The house is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I stay in the master bedroom and have my own bathroom, and guests have the other bathroom to themselves. The shared living space is an open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room. There is a fenced in back yard with patio furniture for lounging! Myself and my animals live in the house too, but we can share anything and everything with our guests! We have a living room with a large tv with Apple TV, an office, a guest room with a writing desk, a full kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, a dining room, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. We also have a fenced backyard with a fire pit, grill, outdoor patio, and bar. There is lots of seating and shade, and plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors however you'd like to!
