Welcome to your comfy home & office away! This newly remodeled home is located in the prettiest part of Downtown Orlando. Closely surrounded by endless options of great food and city life, this is the perfect location for just about anything! Whether you're coming for fun, or traveling for work, this home has it all. A lot of love and detail was involved to make sure you feel at home and have all the essentials for a great stay! The office is equipped with an oversized desk, and a comfy leather reading chair and ottoman. The thoughtfully stocked bathroom is central to everything and has a shower/tub. The kitchen is fully stocked to make meals and the open living area includes a smart TV with games, and we even put a stylish bar cart in the dining area. Our goal is to have everything there that you might want during your stay! Free parking on site up to 2 cars (1 in the parking pad just outside your front door, the other in the street). The area is a quiet bungalow neighborhood with a lot of historic homes and beautiful natural surroundings. Walking distance to brunch/lunch spots, Downtown, Thornton Park Shopping District, Lake Eola and more. There are rental bikes and scooters throughout the area, and Uber is available. I live nearby and can be reached just about anytime! The house is located in historical suburb right outside of downtown Orlando called Fern Creek. It is a charming, quiet neighborhood walking distance from beautiful Dickson Azalea Park. The house is perfectly setup duplex (feels like a home and very separate), with ample parking and thoughtful landscaping. The property lot is oversized and the driveway entrance is shared with another home on the lot. There is bike and scooter share in the neighborhood that make getting around very easy, Uber/Lyft are always an option too. There are a lot of local, trending, and eclectic places to visit within walking distance, however a car would be your primary means of transportation, especially if you plan to leave the Fern Creek/Downtown area.
