The condo is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with fabulous amenities: a front desk for assistance and info, store, Olympic pool, kiddy pool, splash pad, exercise room, mini golf and arcade. With more than enough room for 6 ** These accommodations are available for: 7 day stay with check in on Friday, Saturday, Sunday (ONLY) 4 day stay available with check-in on Sunday and Monday ONLY. The 7 day option is available for holiday booking, although there is a $250 Holiday surcharge from December 19th to December 30th. We can discuss further if you are interested in holiday booking. This property has a low-key, laid-back vibe making it easy to relax after a hectic day at the parks. If You have a pet, you will pay the fees directly to the property. $150 refundable if no damage, $170 non refundable cleaning fee. 1 dog under 60 lbs, or 1 cat ONLY NOTE: The property management will charge guests (directly) for damaged furnishings and/or missing items.
