Shared laundry facilities are conveniently located in an enclosed room on the side of the house, providing added convenience during your stay. Access this unit directly from the side of the house through a gate. Although I may not be on-site, I'm just a message, call, or text away to assist you promptly.  Your comfort matters, and I'm dedicated to ensuring a pleasant stay. While this is a shared house, be assured this is a private unit with private entrance and amenities including bed/bathroom/kitchen, etc.  Your privacy is respected.  Be assured that because this is a shared multi-unit home, you should expect to hear other people/guests/tenants from time to time in their units.  If you encounter any issues, rest assured they'll be addressed promptly. While it may cause some noise, this feature ensures overall safety Any additional electrical equipment brought into the Airbnb must receive prior approval before use. This includes, but is not limited to, air purifiers, computer equipment, air fryers, and similar devices. Please also note, we do not allow charging of electrical vehicles or transportation devices. The HVAC for the home is centrally controlled and typically maintained between 70–75 degrees, depending on the season. Guests in this unit can open or close the vent to adjust airflow and comfort. In addition, the unit is equipped with its own supplemental heater and AC, allowing you to set the temperature to your personal preference.
