Private room in home. Renovated Centrally Located Double Room

Enjoy a modern and beautifully updated home in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood of Audubon Park! Myself and my pets would love to share our home with you! The house is 3 bedrooms and I’ll stay in the house. You’ll have access to the guest bedroom and bathroom, as well as the rest of the home, including a large backyard. In the living area, there is a desk for working from home. The open concept kitchen is fully equipped and laundry is on site as well. Come live like a local in a charming area! Myself and my animals live in the house too, but we can share anything and everything with our guests! We have a living room with a large tv with Apple TV, an office, a guest room with a writing desk, a full kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, a dining room, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. We also have a fenced backyard with a fire pit, grill, outdoor patio, and bar. There is lots of seating and shade, and plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors however you'd like to! I love to get to know my guests and spend time, but I’m also happy to let you have your space!
