This is a small but cozy room with it’s own AC unit. It has a full size bed with a corner three shelf unit and a desk right outside of the room. It is one of six rooms in a community home.
All common areas are shared spaces for guests.
However, Please make sure not to go in the backyard unless you let us know first. We have two large dogs that stay out there throughout the day. If they have nit been introduced to you first, then they might not realize you are a guest and supposed to be there.

There are two shared bathrooms. The main guest bathroom is in the hallway on the left side of the home.
We also share our bathroom near the dining room.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
