The bathroom has double vanity sink, shower, tub, linen closet and body soap dispenser. Wifi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max included. Queen air mattress available. Private back patio The home is located on 1.03 acres. There is a pergola and wood burning fireplace in the backyard that is available to guests. There is a private separate entrance to enter the apartment. Private back patio to enjoy your morning coffee. There is an umbrella, 2 chairs and end table Backyard pergola with fireplace, table and chairs is also available if you would like a fire please advise the host. Access to major highway and short drive to area beaches, Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal, Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Sea world, Universal Studios and other local attractions. There is a $20 charge when adding a third person to a reservation, queen air mattress is available for third guest. Please leave windows and door closed when the air conditioner is running, and don’t set the thermostat below 70. Please don’t block the garage doors when parking in the driveway, there is plenty of room to park once you pass the garage doors
