We also provide essentials like towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. Located just 2 minutes from a shopping plaza with a minimarket, ice cream shop, and beauty salon, you'll have easy access to everyday needs. Larger stores like Walmart and Publix, as well as pharmacies, restaurants, and banks, are only 5 minutes away. For travelers, our location is ideal: 10 minutes to Orlando International Airport, USTA Tennis Center, and Lake Nona Hospital. 20 minutes to The Florida Mall and major shopping centers. 20-25 minutes to Orlando’s famous theme parks. Perfect for couples, business travelers, or vacationers, the room includes free WiFi to keep you connected. Please note that check-in must be completed before 9:00 PM, as I personally welcome guests and show them their room upon arrival. After check-in, guests are free to come and go at any time during their stay. Thank you for your understanding Guests have access to the kitchen table and can use the microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and mini fridge located in the family room. Please note that cooking is not permitted. You will have exclusive access to the private master bedroom and ensuite bathroom for total comfort and privacy. The kitchen is available for heating meals, and the dining area is at your disposal for dining in. Other areas of the home are not available for guest use to ensure a quiet and private experience. Very Nice, quiet new neighborhood surrounded by lakes and minutes away from the Theme Parks, airport, and highways. Free parking on premises. Getting around in Orlando is always easier if you have a car, but if you don't, then you can always Uber! We also have free parking on the premises. Guests can park on the right side of the driveway for convenient access to the property. We don’t allow to park commercial vehicles. Package Delivery: If you're expecting packages during your stay, we can receive up to 5 packages for a fee of $10.
