Three story executive townhome in Vista Cay resort community. It is three bedroom, three and a half bath. It has 8 beds. One bedroom/bathroom is on first floor, and the other two bedrooms are on the third floor. Full kitchen and living room are on the second floor.

As needed - I'm an invisible yet highly responsive host. I do this because I have a heart for making places ready for people to enjoy and then allowing them to enjoy their experience. I try to create a great experience while being invisible yet being available 24 hours a day as a texting concierge.
Examples. Last week - dropped an iron by a property - met guests to store luggage early - checked a couple that got lost and made sure they were familiar with the home.
Usually the instructions which are always improving are enough to delight guests. I have a hospitality bug. I am a professor of service at UCF Rosen College so this keeps me accountable in the vacation industry. It is my treat to improve your experience and make it as seamless as possible.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
