About 10-15 minutes to Disney Springs. You can easily walk from the house to the nearby large park and recreation center called "Shadow Bay Park". It has few lakes, running trails, tennis, basketball, playground and more. **Duplex House with Separate entry Car is recommended in Orlando, although if you plan on mostly visiting the parks or convention center, you can easily get around with Uber/Lyft who offer affordable prices and also help save on parking fees. Within a walking distance you can visit a large park and recreation center called "Shadow Bay Park", Holy Grain coffee shop, 7-eleven, and a few of local restaurants. Here is a bit more information about the space. We are located in Doctor Phillips - one of Orlando's best and safest neighborhoods. This one-bedroom suite located in the right side of the house and is fully private. The house has two separate entrances from different sides. Your entry is from the right side for your complete privacy. Inside, there are 3 different rooms - bedroom, living-room and bathroom and an outside seating area. The space is fully private with newly renovated bathroom and interior. The living room has a comfortable queen size sofa-bed. Both rooms have doors. There is no full kitchen, but you have a kettle for coffee / tea along with a fridge, microwave and other amenities. Parking is right in the front on the street adjacent to your entry.
