We are located about 15 minutes from the airport using the toll road. The exact time may vary depending on the day and traffic conditions.. 20 minutes for universal and 25 for minutes Disney world. Recreation, public transportation at walking distance, there is a Ross, Publix, Walgreens, wallmart And restaurants all at a 5 minute driving distance PLEASE note that we do not accept Amazon deliveries or packages from any other stores at our address. The only deliveries we allow are food deliveries During you stay you will be provided in the room a coffee a personal mini fridge and a microwave.. “It also has its own private entrance, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient..You have your own private bathroom, and it even comes with soap, shampoo and conditioner and a personal towel. Only the room and bathroom can be used on this property, everything else is off limits. The room also comes with a 52 inch tv conectes to wifi. And also we have Netflix . Amazon deliveries are not accepted.!! You can park at the front of the house; there are two parking spaces. You can park in front of the garage with no problem. - NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND: If you smoke, you'll lose your entire deposit and we reserve the right to remove you from the premises. - QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 11pm TO 7am: No loud people. Please be respectful to the other guests. - NO VISITORS OR HANG OUTS: Only those in the reservation are allowed in the room, no exceptions.
