Located in a peaceful and family friendly neighborhood. 1st floor: Living room features 55 inch Smart HD TV, Alexa dot with guest access, dining rooms sits 6 and eat-in kitchen sits 3. Fully equipped Kitchen including Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer. Chic half bathroom and laundry room. 2nd floor features 4 bedrooms: BR 1: King bed, 50 inch HD Smart TV, Alexa with guest access, full bathroom and walk in closet. BR 2: Queen bed, 43 inch HD Smart TV, Alexa with guest access, and closet. BR 3: One bunk Beds BR 4: Two bunk Beds Full bath in 2nd floor *****Reservation limit is for 8 guests only. We can provide access to accommodate up to 10 guests, additional guest fee of $100 per person per night will apply. Please inquire.******* Number of people staying is monitored VERY closely. Everything accessible in the house is yours to use during your stay. We have provided all bedding (blankets, and sheets, pillow and pillowcases) towels, washcloths, hand soaps and toilet paper. Additional bathroom needs can be purchased at the local Wal-Mart Supercentre (10 minutes) or other local stores at the corner. We also provide: coffee, sugar, cream, tea, coffee maker, kitchen towels, pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, drinking cups, wine glasses, and every kitchen item you may need to cook a full meal. The dishwasher, washer and dryer are free for you to use. We are available to assist you and offer any help via app text/call features. We are ready to respond to your needs immediately. Our house is located in a safe and beautiful family friendly neighborhood. A security guard is present at all hours of the day. Driveway provides parking for two vehicles only. No parking on the street. Violators will be towed by association and at their own expense. No smokers, or vapors. No parties, no loud music. This is a family friendly community, security is present at all hours of the day with STRICT NOISE rules. If you throw a party, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES WITHOUT A REFUND. Please, keep it at minimum (silence) after 10:00 PM. NO PETS. Any unapproved pet will incur a $750 fee and you will be responsible for any damage or extra cleaning fees. Maximum guest limit is 8, additional guest fee is $100 per person per day. Pool/spa can be heated. If you would like to heat pool and spa, a $90 additional charge for the length of your stay up to 5 days will apply to help with electric costs. Each additional 5 days will be $90 or $25 per day. In exchange for this fee, the heater will be powered on for 14 hours per day to heat the pool water up to 90 degrees. Pool heater is subject to outside temperatures. If temperatures drop below 55 degrees, pool heaters cannot keep up with outside temperatures cooling the water. Spa can pretty much always be heated regardless of temperatures. Spa also has jets. You must turn off jets after each use or face a $400 charge to replace the burned out blower. Guests are NOT to touch any of the pool or heater controls without the host’s permission and instructions. If you do not adhere to this rule you could face paying a hefty repair bill, please ask before touching. ****Driveway is limited to only TWO VEHICLES!! NO PARKING ON THE STREET OR GRASS as per association rules. No COMMERCIAL OR OVERSIZED vehicles of any kind allowed.
