Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire lower-level space, which has its own separate entrance. There are no shared interior spaces. Your private access also includes the entire outdoor area pictured: the pool, heated spa, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and yard. Parking for a maximum of two vehicles is available on the street in front of the home. A sidewalk leads to a private gate on the left side of the property, opening into your tropical retreat. We live on the upper level of the lakehouse, but your rental is completely separate with its own private entrance to ensure your privacy. We are available to answer any questions or provide assistance if needed, but we will respect your space and allow you to enjoy your vacation uninterrupted. Metrowest is close to all of Orlando’s attractions! We have many restaurants and multiple grocery options close by. We’re very close to Downtown Orlando and Universal Studios. Disney parks are within 25 min drive I’d recommend a car to get around. If you plan to not leave the property much you can do an Uber or Lyft from the airport! Property Layout: Please note this rental is the private lower level of our two-story lakehouse. The hosts reside on the upper level. The connected pool and patio are for your exclusive use. Pool & Spa: The spa can be heated for your enjoyment at no extra cost. Pool heating is optional and available for an additional fee of $70 per day. Please notify us in advance if you'd like to add this service. Child Safety is Paramount: This is a waterfront property with direct access to a lake and a large pool. It is crucial that guests understand their responsibility. * You are 100% responsible for the constant and close supervision of all children. * Safety gates are installed to help prevent unsupervised access to the pool and dock areas. * Please leave all safety gates and fencing intact for the duration of your stay.
