A sofa bed is available downstairs. - Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest stay. - You may see local wildlife such as deer and birds during your stay. - Pet-friendly: Up to 2 pets allowed ($65 per pet - per stay). - NO deliveries of packages & Mail during the stay. -The Pilates reformer is intended for experienced users only. Guests assume all responsibility for safe use. The host is not liable for any injuries or misuse. Not suitable for children. -Please note that the pool area may occasionally have natural debris such as leaves or soil due to the tree located behind the property. This is normal for an outdoor setting and does not affect the cleanliness or safety of the pool. -Additionally, the interior flooring paint may show minor wear in some areas. This is purely cosmetic and does not impact the overall quality or cleanliness of the pool. -The property includes a pool with no lifeguard on duty and no fence or gate around the pool area. Guests are fully responsible for their own safety and must supervise children at all times. Swimming is at your own risk. -This home has thinner walls, so you may hear some outside sounds or noise from neighboring spaces. If you’re a light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs. -This property includes stairways and multiple furnished living areas that may pose a risk for children. The home is thoughtfully decorated and contains furniture, décor, and area rugs typical of a lived in space. If you are traveling with children please supervise them at all times, especially around stairs and furnished areas. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for their children’s safety during their stay. -Guests are responsible for their personal items. Any belongings left after checkout will not be stored or shipped. -For your stay, we provide a starter supply of toiletries and essentials. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items for the remainder of their stay.
