There are two bedrooms with queen size beds, one bathroom and full kitchen. The living room is spacious and has a large Tv, fireplace, and a couch that faces the pool. DISTANCE TO THE THEME PARKS: Universal Studios: 8 mins Epic Universe: 15 mins Disney entrance: 16 mins (depends on traffic) SeaWorld: 18 mins SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: First bedroom: Queen size bed - 2 people; Second bedroom: Double size bed - 2 people; Rollout bed: Twin size - 1 person; Queen size air mattress - 2 people; Living room couch - 1 person; If you have 8-10 people there is an options with an additional charge of $50/night for the 3rd bedroom with attached bathroom. I do live in this house and while I am gone for work I rent it out. Please expect a home, it is not a hotel experience.
