The studio also has its own fenced, private entrance. Please note you'll cross the front lawn of the main property briefly to reach the studio's gate. While I won't be personally available during your stay as I don't reside in Orlando, my dedicated local team is here to ensure your visit goes smoothly. Minimum stay: 30 nights. - No parties or events allowed on the premises. - Visitors are not permitted without prior approval. - Please respect our maximum guest capacity; additional guests beyond reservation limits are not allowed. - The studio does not have a dishwasher or garbage disposal (sink erator). - Guests are responsible for placing trash in the provided city bins and putting bins curbside once per week for city collection (schedule provided upon booking). - A gardening crew visits weekly for trimming, watering, and upkeep. Guests will be informed of their scheduled visit in advance.
