Enjoy your stay in this updated house that is located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is located on a big acre of land that will let your mind relax. With big trees surrounding it, be inspired and be one with nature. We can provide a grill and fire pit per request as weather permits. There will be a 10:00 pm - 7am outdoor quiet time in consideration to the neighbors. There is a front porch to relax and just observe surroundings or read a book. There’s a big backyard with lots of trees and 2 picnic tables exclusive for guests and landlord use only. Firepit and barbecue grill for outdoor can be provided per request and as weather permits. Guests have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and 3 bedrooms. The backyard will be shared by the guests and landlord. We are available to welcome guest ands available to contact for any questions. Tranquility in the heart of the city. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with houses on acreage. Please be mindful of the neighbors and respect the quiet time between 10pm to 8am. The area is home to reconnect with nature and wildlife. Located 15 minutes away from east 50 Colonial . Near to UCF area and HWY 408. House is closely located to a Starbucks , Walmart and McDonalds . Also near the Waterford Lakes shopping Center. We are 45 minutes away from Theme Parks and Cocoa beach. 30 mins away from Orlando International Airport. Nature trails are 10-20 minutes away - Econ River Wilderness, Christmas Park, Everglades Trail and Wildlife Managment areas. We are also near Orlando Speedworld and Tosohatchee Wildlife Management Area. There’s a separate room and bathroom connected to the house that will be restricted and not included in the access. We use this as another guest unit for our family and friends. We also visit the property every now and then to do some gardening and tend to our pets and chickens.
