2 King Ensuite rooms, Ensuite 2 Full beds & Queen pullout sofa & Full Kitchen. Equipped w/ Playpen, Booster and Stroller.
Common grounds have 3 pools, Splash pad, 2 spas, 2 pool side bars, gift shop, workout and game room. Bring everyone 4 fun or business.
3 Floors to spread out.
Essentially 2 Master Suites (1st Floor & 3 Floor).
Grand Parents on the 1st floor, Mom/Dad in the upstairs suite with the children down the hallway where they have their own bathroom as well.
Gathering on the 2nd floor where you find the Kitchen / Living room and another bathroom.
There are 3 pools on the property with 2 pool bars where you can find food and beverage.
Full Home is available. The garage is my personal supply space. Please respect directions to not enter the garage as it has security protocols.
Laundry is located in the lower bedroom closet

Rideshare services are very familiar with the resort.
Depending on the event at the Convention Center bus service maybe provided by the organization of the event at the center.
I rent a Jeep Wrangler on site if interested. You can find a QR code in the additional pictures to rent through the site or contact me directly.
Please follow the house rules.
No smoking in property and please report to me if you feel the unit has been smoked in by previous guests / house keeping.
The clubhouse game room has "play cards" for purchase via vending machine in the game room itself.
Do not plug a vehicle into the home. A penalty fee will be issued.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
