2 / 2 ground floor unit located on the famous International Drive right in the heart of Orlando's attractions district. Two bedroom / two bath ground floor condo on S International Drive right near Seaworld and just 4 miles from Disney World. The property has an on-site restaurant, convenience store, laundry, heated pool, and jacuzzi. There is a king size bed in the master along with two twin beds in the additional bedroom. The couch in the living room is also a pull out bed. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. You are able to check in 24 hours a day through the front desk, so late night arrivals are not an issue. Please note however, that this is a private rental so any and all questions / issues should be directed to me and not to the front desk. **Please note - wifi access is now free and included in your stay** Frequently Asked Questions: Is there Wi-Fi access? Yes, there is free wifi throughout the community. I cannot make any guarantees of internet speeds or connectivity. Should we rent a vehicle? Yes, I highly recommend renting a vehicle regardless of where you stay in Orlando. I find that most people are surprised at the lack of public transportation in Orlando and how spread out everything is. If you do not rent a vehicle your transportation options consist of the I-Ride trolley or a taxi / uber service. Is there free parking? Yes, there is free onsite parking for one vehicle. Do you provide all the linens, dishes, etc? Yes, linens, towels, silverware, dishes, pots, pans, etc are provided. Housekeeping is not provided during your stay. You will be responsible for anything beyond the initial batch provided. Is there a washer and dryer in the unit? No, there is a coin-operated laundry room located on the third floor of each building on the property. Is there a theme park shuttle? No, there isn't a theme park shuttle, but there is the I-Ride Trolley, which will take you anywhere on International Drive for a small fare. The trolley stop is at the entrance to the property. The trolley will take you to Seaworld, Universal, Aquatica, and Wet N Wild, but does not go to Disney World. Are there nearby restaurants and shops? Yes, being on International Drive this condo is close to just about everything Orlando has to offer. There are numerous restaurants nearby and the nearest grocery store (Publix) is one mile from the condo. In addition, Walmart is 4 miles away and the outlet mall is 2.5 miles away. Please note that this unit is owned and maintained by a private owner that is located off-premises. You are allowed to check-in at the on-site front desk. I will not need to meet you during check-in and will most likely not meet you face to face unless there is an issue with the condo that needs attending to. I am however just a phone call or message away. If you have any questions about the condo or Orlando in general, please do not hesitate to ask me. There is one parking pass for this unit. If you decided not to use a car there is the I-Ride trolley, which will take you anywhere on International Drive or Uber/Lyft.
