Welcome to your vacation home! 15-20 minutes walking distance to Universal Studios! This unit is part of a duplex and includes a full kitchen, with shared laundry on site. Located walking distance to Universal Studios, & within a short drive to Epic Universe, Volcano Bay Water Park, Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Disney World, Disney Springs, Sea World, Malls & Outlets, Downtown Orlando, Amway Center, Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, International Drive, Convention Center. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and a closet with drawers and hangers. There is a ceiling fan, and individual night stands on each side of the bed. The bathroom features an enclosed shower, with liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner available. The master bedroom also features a queen bed and has private access via the front patio. The room has a mini fridge, a microwave, a Keurig, and basic utensils. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and closet. There's also a window A/C available to you in the master bedroom to use as you need. In the living room you'll find an L-shaped sofa, which could comfortably sleep an extra adult or child. Additional pillows and sheets can be provided only upon request. You’ll also find the dining table in the bay window of the living space. Additional chairs are available with the coffee table. Also in the living room, you'll have access to a smart TV with most of the video applications. Please be aware there is no cable television provided and if this is important to you, you may want to look elsewhere. The kitchen is fully equipped for basic cooking and coffee is provided. You may need to purchase some of your own condiments and ingredients for cooking. Laundry available only with my permission as it is in my private garage. Laundry is shared with my cleaning staff and other guests. Please finish once you start. Limit use between 7:00am and 8:00pm (20:00) You can park on the driveway. You can literally walk to Universal City Walk in less than 20 minutes, or you can walk to the Portofino resort in about 10 minutes and take a ferry boat to the center of City Walk. This is a free service. If you decide to drive your car, you'll pay for parking and it will still take you longer than 20 minutes to walk to City Walk from their parking lot. The new Universal park - Epic Universe - is not within walking distance. That is about 5 miles away - about a 15 minute drive. Please keep in mind the back patio and pool are currently off limits and hence not included as a space on the listing. You’re welcome to smoke out on the patio, but do not expect anything else on the patio. Please do not take any indoor chairs to the outside patio. Besides being across the street from Universal Studios, the neighborhood is residential and near many restaurants, Publix Supermarket, gas stations, banks, and every other type of shopping you would need. Best way to get around Orlando is by car. Uber/Lyft are also great options to get around to nearby spots if you don't have a car of your own.
