Twin over Full with Bunk bed. The living room, dining room, and kitchen have an open concept. The open-concept living area is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy a 75' Smart HD TV in the living room, a dining table that seats six. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer, making meal prep effortless. We have a laundry room inside the property and we provide detergent for your laundry. Our pool is completely private and our patio area has a sofa for 7 people, loungers, a table with 4 chairs, and a swing chair for relaxation. The pool is unheated; the water temperature varies depending on the weather. It measures between 3 and 6 feet. Safety measures are specified outside the pool. Glass is not allowed, and children must be supervised by adults. We provide enough pool towels for all guests during their stay. There is a two-car garage, with two more cars available outside and two on the street. We offer a Latin food menu for an extra charge for 8-10 people. If interested, please request the menu one day in advance. ** The reservation limit is for 8 guests only. An additional guest fee of $50 per person per night will apply. Please inquire.** Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay, including all rooms, amenities, and outdoor spaces If guests need assistance during their stay, we are available 24/7.
